I would like to define minimum time the action (disable heat pump / reduce power) is deactivated in smart energy settings. Nordpool gives a different price for each 15 minutes. This means that 12 most expensive hours might be every other 15 minutes and that the heat pump is disabled every other 15 minutes. I'm no expert but I suspect that it would not be good operation for heat pump. I would have it run for minimum 60 minutes or I could define the minimum run time.
