Lower target flow heating temperature

In Smart Energy it is possible to reduce system power by defining lowest flow temperature. The lowest setting at the moment is 25 celsius. For mu heat pump I have changed the lowest flow temperature to 23 celsius to better manage mild weather. HP will go down as low as 20 celsius. Would it be possible to reduce the flow temperature in smart energy lower than 25 celsius?

Maybe it would be possible also to prohibit heating in Smart Energy for those, who have the optional adapter.
